Naming Rules
• There may not be two horses with the same name.
• A horses not may not exceed 18 characters, this includes punctuation as well as spaces.
• A name can not consist of only initials. ex. D.O.S, L.D.R
• Nothing profane is allowed in the names of a horse.
• No horses with the words 'filly', 'colt', 'stallion', or 'mare'.
