It's not everyday that a horse is injured on the track, but for when that does happen, this is where to go. You can come here to get your horse diagnosed as well as treated. Although when your horse is injured, you will also have to do your part whether it be rest your horse for a sim year or a sim season. Some injuries will result in your horse having to retire from racing, but that rarely happens.
You must also bring your horse in after the designated rest time, or whenever it is said to come back in order to see how your horse us and if it can begin racing again.
